   Q.1 What if I want to update my resume or cover letter?

   Updating your resume and cover letter is easy. Simply sign into your account and upload your new resume and cover letter. If you signed up for the 6 or 100 applications per month package, you can upload up to 5 different resumes and cover letters. We will use the most appropriate resume and cover letter for each type of job you we apply for.

   Q.2 I only have the 30 applications per month package; can I submit two resumes?

   No. Because of the detailed and extensive work, we have to limit our 30 applications per month package to only one resume and one cover letter.

   Q.3 If I submit a revised or updated resume / cover letter; will you go back and update the jobs you applied to for me?

   Each job application completed will count against your package credits. So if you would like us to resubmit your revised resume or cover letter, that will count as a package credit.

   Q.4 Can I purchase additional credits?

   You may upgrade / downgrade your account at anytime. Any account changes will be reflected in the coming billing period.

   Q.5 If I submit a revised or updated resume / cover letter; will you go back and update the jobs you applied to for me?

   Each job application completed will count against your package credits. So if you would like us to resubmit your revised resume or cover letter, that will count as a package credit.

   Q.6 I just noticed a typo in my resume, now what?

   You should immediately upload your revised resume and let us know.

   Q.7 Does ApplyForMe.net proof read my resume and cover letter?

   Because of the individualized nature of our work, we can not offer proof reading services so we do not proof read your resume or cover letter. You are responsible for the content and quality of your resume and cover letter. We will make sure the information you provide is submitted to the online applications accurately and quickly. Our human resource professionals will only use the information you provide to complete your applications.

2. Sales, Payment, and Refund Questions

   Common sales questions can be found below.

   Q.1 Do you take other forms of payment besides PayPal?

   Not at this time. PayPal is a safe payment option and allows you to pay with your credit card or PayPal account.

   Q.2 Can I order a smaller package?

   ApplyForMe.net focuses on providing high quality high volume application completion services. As a result, we can not offer smaller packages than 50 applications per month.

   Q.3 Can I request a refund once the month starts?

   Unfortunately, due to the nature of our services, we can only honor refunds in the event we make a mistake with your applications.

3. Resume review, resume book, and online profile critique questions

   These questions speak to our value added services.

   Q.1 What's included with the resume review?

   Our professional resume editors will review your MS Word formatted resume and cover letter and provide detailed edits and feedback to you. With their feedback, you'll be able to revised your resume (if you wish) and submit to your personal human resource professional. If you signed up for a 60 or 100 application package, just request your complementary review once you upload your information.

   Q.2 What's up with the Resume Book?

   We work with over 2000 recruiters and 750 leading company HR departments. Each quarter we submit a resume and cover letter book comprising of all the 75 and 150 application clients. This provide additional exposure for our job seekers.

   Q.3 Tell me about the online profile review.

   When requested, your Human Resources professional will review your online profiles on popular jobs sites and provide feedback on what you could be doing better.
