    QUESTION: How do I apply to become an HRP?

    ANSWER: Simply click ‘here’ to go to our application page, fill out the application and click “Submit”. If our team determines that you are a good candidate, someone will be in touch with you.

    QUESTION: What experience is required for me to be an HRP with applyforme.net?

    ANSWER: You must be fluent in English and have strong written (i.e. accurate typing skills) and verbal skills. You must be attentive to detail, goal oriented and be customer service focused. Pass our video exams and attend our online HRP training sessions. In addition, you must complete our online application and phone interview.

    QUESTION: How often do I have to work?

    ANSWER: To remain an HRP, you must ensure that the agreed upon number of applications for all candidates are completed each month and that your average rating does not fall below 3.5.

    QUESTION: Is this a work from home opportunity, and if so, what equipment or software is required?

    ANSWER: Yes, this is a work from home opportunity. You must have a home office that includes a computer, printer, modem, and Internet access. Your computer must be a newer model with plenty of storage space. Voicemail and faxing (sending and receiving) capabilities is not required, but preferable. You must be fully equipped to work online. All HRPs are required to use virtual voicemail and fax services. Free standing fax machines or answering machines will not work, especially if you do not have high speed Internet access. Our preferred programs offer free trials and will allow you to receive phone calls while you are online, to fax documents directly from your computer, and set up a complete home office voice mail/answering system on your personal phone line.

    QUESTION: Is the quality of my work reviewed?

    ANSWER: Yes, we only want the BEST HRPs on our team. For that reason, all HRPs receive regular reviews of your job application survey ratings. Each time you complete an application, you will receive a rating. The more work you complete with high ratings (determined by customer surveys), the more work you will receive from us. Your goal should be to become one of our 5-Star HRPs. . These team members receive more work and higher earnings.

    QUESTION: How is the HRP training conducted?

    ANSWER: We have an online training process that you will go through once we’ve determined that you are a good candidate for an HRP.

    QUESTION: What is the pay structure for an HRP

    ANSWER: You are paid on a ‘per application’ basis, meaning you get paid for each application you complete.l
